I am delighted to see that we have listened and delivered. Some of our clients have asked if we could combine our Hazard Checker, Search Timescales and Lender Checker in to a single seamless journey....So we have.

This week we see the launch of www.buypropertysearches.co.uk which has become a search order platform dedicated to buyers that want a well informed, quick and easy way to get their search orders underway.

For years we have made it more difficult to get all the answers than it needed to be, and I apologise for that. We have been listening and learning and developing supportive solutions and services as we have gone along. But today marks the moment that we have pulled it all together.

I am sure that there will be some tweaks in the coming weeks. I am sure that there will be feedback to take seriously; and we will. But for the moment, we are thrilled to be launching a new platform to help home buyers get their searches up and running.

By adding a postcode and selecting a lender, visitors are now presented with a property report, highlighting environmental impact data, presenting the turnaround timescales for all components of the pack, as well as the lenders appetite for regulated searches. It then presents the most appropriate pack for the property ensuring that you are getting the best value for money out of the reports.
